Sollar Office is a vertically integrated system intended for a company activity automation in the field of oil products wholesale and retail trading.

This is achieved due to the manual information processing elimination and business processes automation.
The system Sollar Head-office: gas stations network management covers all areas of POL and accompanying goods sales management – starting with the shift reports by subdivisions up to the commission trading and safekeeping management, warehouse and remainders control, settlement of accounts with suppliers and buyers, financial operations analysis, planning, etc.
The system Sollar Back-office: goods management is organized as an additional work place for an administrator, goods manager or a gas station manager.
The system Sollar Back-office: goods management has a connection interface to the wide-spread gas station management systems: “Т&T NaftaPOS” and “АКМ POS” which allows to achieve the maximum gas station/gas station complex accounting and management process automation. The system is perfectly suitable for a gas station complex with shops and non-cash payments realization points (tickets, lists, cards, etc.). The system Sollar Office is simple and easy-to use in terms of installation and learning. It was developed on the basis of 1C system, widely used on CIS enterprises. Reports can be generated in various formats, MS Excel inclusive. Sollar Office can be integrated into accounting and analytical programs. Thus the overall efficiency of the enterprise automation increases considerably.
Two-way data exchange between Sollar Back-office and Sollar Head-office allows the head of the enterprise to obtain real-time information about gas station network activity.
The system openness provides with the possibility of data exchange between other accounting systems: 1C Accounting, ERP systems, ECRs of various manufacturers, etc.
The usage of platform 1C 7.7 “Real-time accounting” gives such advantages as open code, fast development tool and so on.
