System of remote supervision over the actual realization
of petroleum products (PP) from reservoir park of the petrol station
(System of Reservoirs Monitoring SRM PP)

The system of remote supervision over the actual realization of petroleum products (SRM PP) is intended for the independent supervision of incomes and deliveries of petroleum products (PP) from reservoir park of the company, owing a network of territorially remote petrol stations.

The system provides the company management with objective and independent from influence of the "human factor" (actions of the service personnel of the petrol station) information on:

• actual quantity of petroleum products incomes to the petrol station and their volume for any period of time;
• actual volume of delivered PP from reservoirs for any period of time;
• actual operating time of a cash register (and hence the actual operating time of fuel delivery dispensers, delivering PP), actual operating time of systems of level measurement, actual self operating time of the SRM controller;
• actual current residuals of petroleum products in reservoirs of the petrol station;
• dynamics of petroleum products realization on hours/days per the requested period.

The system provides transmission of the actual data to office of the company upon request from the office or on one's own at previously set time. The system operates autonomously and independently from the control systems and cash registers that provide delivery of petroleum products at petrol stations through fuel delivery dispensers and form account documents, the system eliminates a possibility of infringement of the account information by the service personnel of the filling station.
Installation of the system assumes that the petrol station is equipped with a level measurement system (Struna, PetroWend, VeederRoot and others).
SRM PP allows to provide the automatic additional and independent objective supervision over operation of the service personnel of the company engaged in PP supplement on incomes and realizations of PP through all the whole network of the petrol stations of the company.
Structure of the SRM PP system - SRM controllers, installed on each petrol station, and also the telephone modem and a software program installed on a PC in the office of the company.
